It’s time to RSVP for the annual Christmas luncheon and business meeting!
MBCA Triangle members, if you are able to attend, please do an initial RSVP so we can get an idea how many are interested in attending and finalize our menu.
Seating is limited to 50 people total! Registrations will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis. Please indicate how many people in your party will be attending when doing the initial RSVP. We ask that you please RSVP – deadline now extended to November 14th. Those who have RSVP’d will then receive final details.Â

Arrival: 11:45am – 12:00pm
Reception: 12:00 – 12:30pm
Luncheon: 12:30pm
Business Meeting and Election of Officers: 1:00pm

We are also asking for silent auction items to help raise funds for activities for our group. If you have any Mercedes-Benz or other car related items, or other items such as gift certificates (restaurants, movies?), gift baskets or anything that you would like to donate to the auction, please contact Owen Hughes or Kirk King (or bring the items with you to the luncheon).
