Business Meeting and Planning Session

Location Mercedes Benz of Cary 9:30 am to 1:00 pm

 This is the most important meeting of the year! At this meeting we will decide what direction our club will be taking for 2020. We will be formalizing our slate of officers and board members for 2020. We will also be reviewing the rewritten bylaws for our section and planning our sections events for 2020.

Coffee and doughnut will be provided for the morning and a buffet lunch will also be provided. We will be using Motorsportreg.com for this event to get an accurate head count for the food and beverages. There is no cost for this event. Click on the following link to register.  msreg.com/MBC2019
